Hi, I am Stacey O'Neal. My professional journey began right after high school in the field of oncology, where an insightful physician mentored me. Under his guidance, I was critiqued and molded, eventually rising to the front office manager position. This invaluable experience laid the foundation for my current venture, Warranty Resolutions, a home-based business I founded during the economic downturn of 2008.
In 2005, I honed my skills as a Regional Warranty Administrator in the powersports industry, which facilitated my transition to entrepreneurship. The empathy I developed while supporting patients has greatly influenced my approach to customer service, while my experience navigating the complexities of insurance and pharmaceuticals sharpened my mediation skills. Coordinating timely medication deliveries emphasized the importance of meeting sensitive deadlines—skills that are instrumental in effectively handling warranty claims.
Above all, the mentorship I received from an exceptional physician instilled in me the belief that everyone deserves respect, opportunity, and a chance to grow. This core value is something I carry with me each day, both personally and professionally.
