I have nearly 20 years of experience as a Marketing Director, Finance Manager, and Business Manager. I’ve honed my skills in customer service, compassion, empathy, and attention to detail. In 2016, I began working at Warranty Resolutions alongside Stacey O'Neal. Her guidance, my life experiences, and dedication shaped me. These roles taught me the importance of exceptional customer service, compassion, and attention to detail. Through this partnership, I’ve learned the value of integrity, persistence, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They also helped me develop strong organizational skills and a keen ability to understand and meet clients' needs. They have shaped the professional I am today.
